健康教育联合心理疏导对冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者心理状态的影响

Effect of health education combined with psychological counseling on the psychological status of patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety depression

目的:分析健康教育联合心理疏导对冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者心理状态的影响。方法:收治冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育联合心理疏导。结果:观察组的护理后抑郁评分和焦虑评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育联合心理疏导对冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者具有良好的护理效果,能有效改善冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者的抑郁评分和焦虑评分。

Objective:To analyze the effect of health education combined with psychological counseling on the psychological status of patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety depression.Methods:120 patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given health education combined with psychological counseling on the basis of the control group.Results:The depression score and anxiety score after nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education combined with psychological counseling on the patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety depression have a good nursing effect.It can effectively improve the depression score and anxiety score of patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety depression.
