脑卒中后肩关节疼痛康复综合治疗效果探讨

Effect of rehabilitation comprehensive treatment on shoulder pain after stroke

目的:探讨脑卒中后肩关节疼痛康复综合治疗效果。方法:收治脑卒中后肩关节疼痛患者104例,按入院先后顺序随机等分成观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施有针对性的综合康复治疗。结果:观察组疼痛评分、上肢运动的功能等各项指标都明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑卒中后肩关节疼痛的患者在常规治疗的基础上实施有针对性的综合康复治疗具有良好的效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment of shoulder pain after stroke.Methods:104 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given targeted comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.Results:The pain score,upper limb motor function and other indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with shoulder pain after stroke,the implementation of targeted comprehensive rehabilitation therapy based on the conventional treatment has good effect.
