电焊作业企业职工卫生工作现状与对策研究

Research on the status and countermeasures of the health work of the workers in the electric welding operation

目的:针对电焊作业企业职工卫生工作现状,提出对策与措施。方法:抽取遵义市100家电焊作业企业职工进行卫生工作现状调查。结果:企业配置现场全面通风装置占61.0%,局部通风装置占18.0%,配备合格个人防护用品占26.0%,开展卫生知识培训的企业占55.0%。结论:电焊企业现场管理工作不到位,需要建立完善的卫生管理体系,健全卫生管理制度。

Objective:Aiming at the present situation of health work of the workers in the electric welding operation enterprise,to put forward the countermeasures and measures.Methods:A survey was conducted to investigate the health status of 100 workers in Zunyi city.Results:The survey found that the enterprise configuration of the field of comprehensive ventilation devices accounted for 61%,18% of the local ventilation equipment,with qualified personal protective equipment accounted for 26%,the development of health knowledge training enterprises accounted for 55% .Conclusion:The welding spot management work is not in place.A sound health management systemneed to establish,to improve the health management system.
