PDCA循环法在药房管理中的应用及意义探究

Exploration of the application and significance of PDCA circulation method in pharmacy management

目的:探究在药房管理中采用PDCA循环法的应用效果及意义。方法:收集药房发放药品资料,以药房管理方法不同将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组实施传统管理方法,而试验组实施PDCA循环法,对两组药品的应用效果进行对比和分析。结果:与对照组药品相比,试验组药品去向明确率及有效使用率明显较高,而复核差错率及不合格报损率明显较低,各项差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在药房管理中应用PDCA循环法效果较为明显,可将临床用药质量提升,将医疗差错减少。

Objective:To explore the application effect and significance of PDCA circulation method in pharmacy management.Methods:The pharmacy drug release data was collected.According to different pharmacy management methods,they were dividedinto the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given traditional management methods, and theexperimental group was given PDCA circulation method.The application effects of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the drug whereabouts clear rate and effective use rate of the experimental group weresignificantly higher,but the reexamine error rate and unqualified reported loss rate were significantly lower,and the differenceswere obvious,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In pharmacy management,the effect of PDCAcirculation method is more obvious,which can improve the quality of clinical medication and reduce the medical errors.
