摘要
目的:研究腹膜后入路腹腔镜术在肾上腺肿瘤切除中的治疗效果。方法:收治肾上腺肿瘤患者68例,分两组,各34例。观察组患者予以腹膜后入路腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组患者予以经腹腔入路手术治疗,对患者手术客观指标进行调查,并对患者并发症发生率进行调查。结果:观察组患者术后胃肠通气时间、住院时间、下床活动时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经腹膜后入路手术治疗能够达到理想的治疗效果,患者术后恢复更快,但此种手术难度较大。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of adrenal tumors.Methods:68 patients with adrenal tumors were selected,they were divided into two groups,each of 34 cases.The observation groupwas treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery,the control group was treated by abdominal surgery,the objective indicators ofpatients were investigated, and the incidence of complications were investigated.Results:The observation group of patients withpostoperative gastrointestinal ventilation time,hospitalization time, get out of bed time is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Retroperitoneal approach surgery can achieve the ideal treatment effect,patients recover faster,but this operation ismore difficult.
