脊柱手术并发脑脊液漏的临床处理分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨脊柱手术并发脑脊液漏临床处理方法。方法:收治脊柱手术后并发脑脊液漏患者10例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规的脑脊液漏处理,观察组在对照组基础上给予延长引流时间、行间断夹闭引流管等处理,比较两组脑脊液漏停止时间、切口愈合时间、满意程度以及并发症发生率。结果:对照组脑脊液漏停止时间(17.68±2.58)d,切口愈合时间(23.52±2.12)d,对脑脊液漏处理的总满意率40%,并发症发生率10.3%。观察组脑脊液漏停止时间(9.22±1.57)d,切口愈合时间(15.11±2.02)d,对脑脊液漏处理的总满意率80%,后期未见并发症。结论:常规的脑脊液漏处理基础上延长引流时间、间断夹闭引流管等可加快脑脊液漏的恢复,提升切口愈合速度。 Objective:To investigate the clinical management of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after spinal surgery.Methods:10 casesof patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage after spinal surgery were divided into the control group and the observation grouprandomly.The control group was given routine management of cerebrospinal fluid leakage.The observation group was given themanagement of extending the drainage time and intermittent clamping of the drainage tube and so on based on the control group.The stopping time of cerebrospinal fluid leakage,healing time of wound,satisfaction degree and incidence of complications in thetwo groups were compared.Results:In the control group,the stopping time of cerebrospinal fluid leakage was (17.68±2.58)d;thehealing time of wound was (23.52±2.12)d;the total satisfaction rate was 40%;the incidence of complications was 10.3%.In theobservation group,the stopping time of cerebrospinal fluid leakage was (9.22±1.57)d;the healing time of wound was (15.11±2.02)d;the total satisfaction rate was 80%,and there were no complications in the later stage.Conclusion:The management of extendingthe drainage time and intermittent clamping of the drainage tube and so on based on routine management of cerebrospinal fluidleakage could accelerate the recovery of cerebrospinal fluid leakage and enhance the healing rate of wound.
