超声脑血管治疗仪联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑梗死的临床观察

Clinical observation of cerebral vascular ultrasound therapy combined with Buyanghuanwu decoction in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:观察超声脑血管治疗仪联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑梗死的效果。方法:将108例脑梗死患者随机平分为两组,对照组进行常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上于入院第1天开始给予超声血管治疗和补阳还五汤加减口服(不能吞咽者给予鼻饲)。观察两组患者疗效、临床症状改善时间及不良反应。结果:治疗组临床症状改善等方面均较对照组更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声脑血管治疗仪联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑梗死的效果较好,缩短了病程,提高了患者生活质量,方法简便易行。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cerebral vascular ultrasound therapy combined with Buyanghuanwudecoction in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:108 patients with cerebral infarction were randomlydivided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine drug therapy,and the treatment group wastreated with vascular ultrasound therapy and Buyanghuanwu decoction taken orally on the first day of admission on the basis ofconventional treatment(patients who can't swallow were given the nasal feeding).We observed the curative effect of the two groups,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatmentgroup was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cerebralvascular ultrasound therapy combined with Buyanghuanwu decoction in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction has goodeffect,which shorten the course of disease,improve the quality of life of patients.The method is simple and easy to operate.
