补脾益气的中草药应用于糖耐量降低患者的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of the application of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of patients with impaired glucose tolerance

目的:探讨华泾镇社区医院应用补脾益气的中草药治疗糖耐量降低患者的临床功效。方法:收治糖耐量降低患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组正确指导饮食治疗。试验组在饮食治疗的基础上,给予补脾益气的汤药组方。两组患者均予试验前及1个月、3个月、6个月疗程结束后检测空腹血糖及糖耐量实验。结果:治疗前两组患者空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过1个月的治疗后,两组的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖明显降低,但是两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过3个月、6个月治疗后,两组的空腹血糖之间相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补脾益气的中草药对糖耐量减低患者具有良好的疗效,能够有效地预防或延缓其进展为糖尿病。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of the application of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi Chineseherbal medicine in the treatment of patients with impaired glucose tolerance in Huajing town community hospital.Methods:60patients with impaired glucose tolerance were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the controlgroup.The control group was given correct diet guidance treatment.The experimental group was given invigorating spleen andreplenishing qi prescription on the basis of diet treatment.Before experiment and 1 month,3 months,6 months after the course oftreatment,the patients in two groups were given fasting blood glucose detection and glucose tolerance test.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose of patients betweengroups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose of two groupsdecreased significantly,but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).After 3 months,6 months of treatment,thefasting blood glucoses of two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theinvigorating spleen and replenishing qi Chinese herbal medicine has a good curative effect on the patients with impaired glucosetolerance,and can effectively prevent or delay the progression to diabetes.
