Expression and clinical significance of Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 in gastric cancer

目的:研究凋亡相关蛋白Livin、XIAP和Caspase-3在胃癌中的表达水平,分析其与胃癌发生的相关性。方法:TUNEL染色检测细胞凋亡,免疫组化方法检测Livin、XIAP和Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果:胃癌组织的凋亡指数明显低于正常组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05)。Livin、XIAP在胃癌组织的表达明显高于正常组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05),而Caspase-3的表达显著低于正常组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05)。Livin、XIAP和Caspase-3的表达与胃癌的淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:Livin、XIAP和Caspase-3与胃癌密切相关,可作为胃癌发展和预后判断的参考指标。

Objective:To study the expression changes of apoptosis related proteins Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 in gastric cancer,analyze its correlation with gastric cancer.Methods: TUNEL staining was used to detect cell apoptosis.Immunohistochemicalmethod was used to detect the change of Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 protein expression of gastric cancer,and its conclusion andthe relationship between the clinical pathological features of gastric cancer.Results: The apoptosis index in gastric cancer tissuewas significantly lower than that in normal tissue and cancer adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of Livin and XIAP proteinin gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the normal tissues and cancer adjacent tissues(P<0.05).But theexpression of Caspase-3 protein in gastric cancer tissue were significantly lower than the normal tissue and cancer adjacenttissues (P<0.05).The expression of Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 protein were closely related to the lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 were closely related with the incidence of gastric cancer.They can be used as an index ofgastric cancer development and prognosis judgement.
