多发颅内动脉瘤介入治疗围手术期护理体会

Experience of perioperative nursing of multiple intracranial aneurysm interventional therapy

目的:探讨多发颅内动脉瘤介入治疗围手术期的护理效果。方法:收治多发颅内动脉瘤患者60例,随机平分成两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用围手术期优质护理,观察两组的护理满意度。结果:经护理后,观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:介入治疗围手术期优质护理被应用于多发颅内动脉瘤患者中,能够有效提高患者对护理的满意度,效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing of multiple intracranial aneurysm interventional therapy.Methods:60 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups onaverage.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group used high quality nursing in perioperative period.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results:After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation groupwas significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The highquality nursing care of patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms in the perioperative period of interventional therapy caneffectively improve the patient's satisfaction with care,and the effect is significant.
