中药熏药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎71例的护理体会

Nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis in 71 cases

目的:探讨中药熏药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的护理效果。方法:收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者71例,运用科内自制制剂(活络熏洗剂)经过炮制,装袋蒸热后置于疼痛关节进行治疗,并配合有效的护理措施,通过收集整理及调查分析后得出效果。结果:通过治疗及护理,总有效率达97%。结论:中药熏药是一种方便、安全、经济、有效、舒适、无创、患者乐于接受的中医治疗方法,采用相应的护理措施可提高疗效。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of knee jointosteoarthritis.Methods:71 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were selected.The self-made preparation(Huoluo Xunxi lotion)after bagging steaming hot was placed painful joint for treatment,and combined with effective nursing measures.The result wasconcluded through the collection and survey analysis.Results:Through the treatment and nursing,the total effective rate was 97%.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method.It is convenient,safe,economical,effective,comfortable,non-invasive,and patients are willing to accept.The corresponding nursing measures canimprove the curative effect.
