综合护理干预对改善寻常型银屑病患者焦虑抑郁状态的研究

Study of comprehensive nursing intervention on the improvement of anxiety and depression state of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的:调查寻常型银屑病患者的焦虑抑郁状态,探讨综合护理干预对患者心理状态的影响及对病情的改善。方法:随机将180例患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予综合护理干预措施,采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表分别于干预前后对患者进行焦虑抑郁问卷调查,银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数评定患者的病情严重程度。结果:综合护理干预前两组银屑病患者的焦虑抑郁评分均高于中国常模(P<0.01),干预后焦虑抑郁评分均明显下降,对照组与观察组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且干预后患者的病情严重程度明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:综合性护理干预措施对寻常型银屑病患者的焦虑抑郁状态具有显著改善的作用,缓解病情,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the anxiety and depression state of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and to explore theinfluence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients and the improvement of the condition.Methods:180 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was givenconventional nursing measure.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measure.The anxiety anddepression questionnaires were given patients before and after the intervention by using self rating anxiety scale and self ratingdepressive scale.The disease severity of patients was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index.Results:Before comprehensivenursing intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of patients with psoriasis vulgaris in two groups were higher than those ofchinese norm(P<0.01).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores were significantly decreased,and the differencebetween the control group and the observation group had significant(P<0.01),and the disease severity of patients decreasedsignificantly after the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant improvement effecton the anxiety and depression state of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.It can relieve disease condition and improve the life quality.
