整体护理干预在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with respiratory failure

目的:探讨整体护理干预在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:收治呼吸衰竭患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用整体护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果:护理后,两组的Pa O2、Pa CO2和并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理干预在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with respiratory failure.Methods:80 patientswith respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The controlgroup was given routine nursing care.The observation group added holistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Wecompared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:After nursing care,PaCO2,PaO2 and the incidence of complications of two groupswere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with respiratory failurewas significant.
