儿童安全预防接种护理的实施研究

Study on the implementation significance of child safety preventive inoculation nursing

目的:研究儿童安全预防接种护理的效果。方法:收集预防接种儿童200例,根据不同的接种护理管理措施分为两组:A组行安全预防接种护理,B组行常规预防接种护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:A组家长的知晓安全预防知识率及满意度显著高于B组(P<0.05);A组的疫苗接种率及儿童配合率显著高于B组(P<0.05);A组的不良反应率显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:安全预防接种护理有利于提高儿童预防接种的配合度、接种率、家长安全知识了解度及满意度。

Objective:To study the effect of child safety preventive inoculation nursing.Methods:200 children with preventiveinoculation were selected.According to the different inoculation nursing management measures,they were divided into two groups.A group was given safety preventive inoculation nursing.B group was given routine preventive inoculation nursing.The nursingeffects of two groups were compared.Results:The safety prevention knowledge rate and satisfaction of parents in A group weresignificantly higher than those of B group(P<0.05).The vaccination rate and children coordination of A group were significantlyhigher than those of B group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions rate of A group was significantly lower than that of B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The safety preventive inoculation nursing is beneficial to improve the coordination degree,vaccination rate,parents'safety knowledge understanding degree and satisfaction.
