老年糖尿病患者社区护理干预的效果分析

Effect analysis of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with diabetes

目的:分析老年糖尿病患者社区护理干预的效果。方法:收治老年糖尿病患者150例,给予患者社区护理干预,观察干预效果。结果:护理干预6个月后,患者的临床重要指标空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、收缩压和舒张压、体重指数等各项指标均有明显改善,与干预前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理干预能够明显改善老年糖尿病患者的症状和体征。

Objective:To analyze the effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with diabetes.Methods:150elderly patients with diabetes were selected.The patients were given community nursing intervention.The intervention effect wasobserved.Results:After 6 months of nursing intervention,the clinically important indexes such as fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure,body mass index hadimproved significantly.Compared with those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of elderly patients with diabetes.
