关于医院财务工作的几点思考

Some thoughts on financial work in hospital

目的:财务管理等工作内容对各大医院有着十分重要的地位,在稳定单位的经济能力,提升会计人员的工作质量,保证固定资产的完整性、安全性上起到相当重要的领导作用。目前,我国的各医院存在着一定问题,如:资金方面管理不够规范化、财务方面管理不够完善化、财务方面把控能力较弱、部分工作者素质有待提高等问题。这些问题都对医院的工作开展与未来发展规划形成了阻碍。

Financial management and other work have a very important position on major hospitals.It plays a very important rolein the economic capacity of the stable units,improving the quality of accounting personnel,ensuring the integrity and security ofthe fixed assets.At present,there are some problems in the hospitals of our country,such as capital management is not standardized,financial management is not perfect,the financial aspects of the control ability is weak,some workers have to be improved andother issues.All these problems have hindered the development of the hospital's work and future development plans.
