非洛地平联合倍他乐克治疗老年高血压的疗效研究

Study on effect of felodipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile hypertension

目的:探讨非洛地平联合倍他乐克治疗老年高血压的安全性和临床效果。方法:收治老年高血压患者122例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用非洛地平联合倍他乐克治疗,对照组采用非洛地平治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组血压均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组血压较对照组更接近正常。治疗后,观察组对血压的控制能力提高,对照组无变化。观察组不良反应明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非洛地平联合倍他乐克治疗老年高血压的临床效果显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the safety and clinical results of felodipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:122 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with felodipine combined with metoprolol.The control group was treated with felodipine.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was more close to normal than the control group.After treatment,the blood pressure control ability in patients of observation group was improved,and there was no change in the control group.Adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of felodipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile hypertension was significant,and the safety was high.
