口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of oral hypoglycemic agents combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:分析口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者60例,平分为两组。口服降糖药治疗的患者为对照组,在此基础上于睡前加用甘精胰岛素治疗的患者为观察组。观察两组患者治疗前后的血糖水平、体重指数及低血糖的发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组上述指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低血糖的发生率3.33%,显著低于对照组的20%(P<0.05)。结论:口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的效果显著,且降低了低血糖的发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of hypoglycemic agents combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.Patients treated with oral hypoglycemic agents were selected as the control group,while patients treated with insulin glargine before going to bed on this basis were selected as the observation group.The blood glucose level,body mass index and the incidence of hypoglycemia were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients after the treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.05),and after treatment,the indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 3.33% ,which was significantly lower than 20% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of oral hypoglycemic agents combined with insulin therapy on the treatment of type 2 diabetes is significant,and the incidence of hypoglycemia decreased.
