妊娠晚期胎膜早破176例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 176 cases of late pregnancy with premature rupture of the fetal membrane

目的:探讨妊娠晚期胎膜早破对母婴影响。方法:回顾性分析妊娠晚期胎膜早破产妇及其新生儿的临床资料176例。结果:在176例产妇中,因分娩困难行助产术8例,转手术产3例;产后出现感染症状2例。而新生儿出现窒息者2例,感染者4例。结论:胎膜早破是妊娠晚期的高危因素,对母婴及分娩过程均有不利影响,临床应加强监护并及时处理。

Objective:To investigate the effect of late pregnancy with premature rupture of membranes on maternal and infant.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 176 cases of premature rupture of fetal membranes and their newborns during late pregnancy.Results:In 176 cases of pregnant women,8 patients with midwifery due to difficulties in childbirth,3 cases transferred to surgery,postpartum infection symptoms in 2 cases.2 cases of neonatal asphyxia,4 cases with infection.Conclusion:Premature rupture of membranes is a high risk factor in the late pregnancy,which has a negative effect on both the mother and infant.We should strengthen monitoring and timely treatment in clinic.
