进展期胃癌给予胃癌D2根治术的腹腔镜治疗效果分析

Analysis of the treatment effect of laparoscopic gastric cancer D2 radical operation on advanced gastric cancer

目的:研究进展期胃癌给予胃癌D2根治术的腹腔镜治疗效果与安全性。方法:收治进展期胃癌患者84例,随机分为对照组与研究组各42例,分别为开腹胃癌D2根治术、腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术,对两组患者的肿瘤根治性、手术安全性及术后并发症进行分析。结果:研究组的切口长度、术后排气时间以及住院时长明显短于对照组(P<0.05),出血量则显著更少(P<0.05);研究组的术后并发症率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:进展期胃癌给予腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快的优势,安全性高,综合疗效明显更优。

Objective:To study the treatment effect and safety of laparoscopic gastric cancer D2 radical operation on advanced gastric cancer.Methods:84 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 42 cases in each.They were respectively given laparotomy gastric cancer D2 radical operation and laparoscopic gastric cancer D2 radical operation.The tumor resection,operation safety and postoperative complications of two groups were analyzed.Results:The incision length,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the bleeding amount was significantly less(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic gastric cancer D2 radical operation on advanced gastric cancer has the advantages of less trauma,less complications,fast recovery.The safety is high,and the comprehensive curative effect is better.
