剔除子宫腺肌瘤同时宫腔内置入曼月乐的术后疗效评估

Effect of removal of endometriomas combined with mirena placed in uterine cavity

目的:探讨剔除子宫腺肌瘤同时宫腔内置入曼月乐对术后疗效的评估。方法:收治子宫腺肌瘤患者84例,随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组采用肌瘤剔除术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上宫腔内置入曼月乐,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗12个月后,研究组的痛经VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随访结果显示,研究组的月经量明显减少,子宫体积明显缩小(P<0.05)。结论:剔除子宫腺肌瘤同时宫腔内置入曼月乐可有效缓解痛经与月经量多的情况,并能缩小子宫体积。

Objective:To explore the effect of removal of endometriomas combined with mirena placed in uterine cavity.Methods:84 patients with uterine adenomyoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with myomectomy.The study group was treated with mirena placed in uterine cavity on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After 12 months of treatment,the dysmenorrhea VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The follow-up results showed that the amount of menstruation was significantly decreased in the study group,and the uterine volume was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Removal of endometriomas combined with mirena placed in uterine cavity can effectively alleviate the situation of dysmenorrhea and menorrhagia,and can reduce the volume of the uterus.
