急诊科室使用镇痛剂对急腹症患者诊断正确性的影响

The use of analgesic effect on the correct diagnosis of patients with acute abdomen in the emergency department

目的:研究、分析急诊科室使用镇痛剂对急腹症患者诊断正确性的影响。方法:收治急腹症患者130例,将其随机分为两组,研究组中不使用任何镇痛剂,试验组使用镇痛剂,分析使用镇痛剂对急腹症患者诊断正确性的影响。结果:两组患者在急腹症诊断正确性概率上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用镇痛剂不能提高医生对急腹症的诊断概率,因此,在临床诊断时应重视对患者病史的了解、全面检查以及辅助检查等才能提高检查的科学性。

Objective:To study and analyze the effect of analgesic on the correct diagnosis of patients with acute abdomen in the emergency department.Methods:130 patients with acute abdomen were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The study group did not use any analgesic,while the experimental group used analgesic agent.We analyzed the effect of analgesic on the correct diagnosis of patients with acute abdomen.Results:There was no significant difference between groups in the correct probability on the diagnosis of acute abdomen(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of analgesics can not improve the diagnostic probability of acute abdomen,therefore,in the clinical diagnosis,we should pay attention to the patient's medical history,make comprehensive examination and auxiliary examination to improve the scientific nature of the examination.
