一次性与常规根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的效果对比

Effect compared between single-visit and conventional root canal therapy in the treatment of acute pulpitis

目的:对比一次性与常规根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的效果。方法:收治急性牙髓炎患者244例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规根管治疗术,观察组给予一次性根管治疗术,比较两组的近期疗效及远期疗效。结果:治疗1周后,观察组的临床总有效率96.72%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1年后,两组疗效显著,两组治疗成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常规根管治疗术与一次性根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的远期疗效显著,一次性根管治疗术近期疗效显著。

Objective:To compare the effect between single-visit and conventional root canal therapy in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods:244 cases of patients with acute pulpitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional root canal therapy.The observation group was given single-visit root canal therapy,the short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:One week after treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 96.72% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).One year after treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was significant,and there was no significant difference of success rate between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional root canal therapy and single-visit root canal therapy in the treatment of acute pulpitis had significant long-term efficacy and single-visit root canal therapy had significant short-term efficacy.
