准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视的近期疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视的近期疗效。方法:收治近视患者50例,根据屈光度分为3组。3组均给予准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗,观察各组治疗效果。结果:A组、B组术后裸眼视力优于C组(P<0.05)。A组、B组术后残余屈光度优于C组(P<0.05)。结论:准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视的近期疗效显著,对中低度近视效果更佳。 Objective:To explore the short-term efficacy of laser in situ keratomileus in the treatment of myopia.Methods:According to the degree of refraction,50 cases of patients with myopia were divided into three groups.The three groups were treated with laser in situ keratomileus,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results:The postoperative naked vision of A group and B group were better than that of C group (P<0.05).The postoperative residual refractive degree of A group and B group were better than that of C group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laser in situ keratomileus in the treatment of myopia had significant short-term efficacy and the effect on low to moderate myopia was better.
