急性支气管炎经痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of Tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in the treatment of patients with acute bronchitis

目的:探究急性支气管炎经痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗的效果。方法:收治急性支气管炎患者60例,随机平分为两组。观察组通过痰热清注射液、头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合治疗,对照组给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为96.67%、73.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组咳嗽、退热、肺部啰音消失时间,X线恢复正常时间,住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性支气管炎经痰热清注射液、头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in the treatment of patients with acute bronchitis.Methods:60 patients with acute bronchitis were selected,and they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium,while the control group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 96.67% and 73.33% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of cough and fever clearance time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,X-ray recovery time and hospitalization time of the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in the treatment of patients with acute bronchitis is significant.
