康复新液治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

Clinical observation of Kangfuxin in treatment of peptic ulcer

目的:观察康复新液治疗消化性溃疡病的疗效。方法:收治经胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡患者120例,随机分成两组,治疗组口服康复新液和雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊,对照组口服雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊。结果:观察组总有效率100%,高于对照组的76.66%,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:康复新液与雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊联合使用较单独用雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊疗效更加可靠。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin in treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:120 cases of peptic ulcer diagnosed by gastroscopy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin and rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules,while the control group was treated with rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100% higher than that of the control group of 76.66% ,there was significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The efficacy of the combination of Kangfuxin and rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules is more reliable than only use rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules.
