摘要
目的:探讨胱抑素C(Cys-C)在高血压、糖尿病等疾病早期肾脏损害的诊断价值。方法:对3 711例患者标本进行Cys-C、CREA和BUN检测,并与851例健康体检者比较。结果:在疾病组所测Cys-C结果与健康体检者比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:在疾病组早期肾功能轻度损伤时Cys-C浓度显著升高,有一定的临床诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of cystatin C(Cys-C)in early renal damage of hypertension,diabetes and other diseases.Methods:Cys-C,CREA and BUN were detected in 3 711 patients and compared with 851 healthy subjects.Results:The Cys-C results measured in the disease group were significantly different from those in the healthy subjects.Conclusion:Cys-C concentration is significantly increased in the early stage of renal function in the disease group,which has a certain clinical diagnostic value.
