基层医院超声诊断颈动脉斑块的价值研究

The value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid artery plaque in primary hospital

目的:探析基层医院超声诊断颈动脉斑块的临床价值。方法:收治颈动脉斑块患者110例,均给予超声诊断,通过对血管内-中膜厚度实施测量,观察血流多普勒频谱性质与形态,彩色血流变化,斑块性质和有无斑块。结果:检出颈动脉粥样硬化82例,血管内-中膜增厚为其临床表现,可发现斑块形成,血流束较细,动脉狭窄处的血流色彩比较明亮。结论:在诊断颈动脉斑块时采用超声检查方法,不但能对血管狭窄程度予以准确评估,而且还能对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的性质予以识别。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid artery plaque in primary hospital.Methods:110 patients with carotid artery plaque were selected.All patients were diagnosed by ultrasound.By measuring the vessel intimal-media thickness,we observed the properties and morphology of doppler blood flow spectrum,color blood flow changes,the nature of plaque and whether there was plaque.Results:Carotid atherosclerosis were detected in 82 cases,and the vessel intimal-media thickening was its clinical manifestation,which could be found that the plaque formation,the flow bundle was narrow,the blood flow of the artery stenosis was relatively bright.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of carotid plaques using ultrasound examination method,not only can accurately assess the degree of vascular stenosis,but also can identify the nature of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.
