肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽在心力衰竭预后评价中的应用

Application of troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide in the evaluation of heart failure prognosis

目的:分析肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽在心力衰竭预后评价中的应用效果。方法:收治心力衰竭患者104例作为观察组,根据心功能分级分为心功能Ⅱ级组35例、心功能Ⅲ级组38例和心功能Ⅳ级组31例。收集健康体检者96例作为对照组。比较两组的肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽检测结果。结果:治疗前,两组的肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽的检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,心力衰竭患者的肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽的检测结果较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽在心力衰竭的预后评价中具有显著的应用效果。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide in the evaluation of heart failure prognosis.Methods:104 patients with heart failure were selected as the observation group.According to the classification of cardiac function,they were divided into the heart function Ⅱ class group with 35 cases,the heart function Ⅲ class group with 38 cases and the heart function Ⅳ class group with 31 cases.96 cases of healthy controls were selected as the control group.The troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide detection results were compared between groups.Results:Before treatment,the troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide detection results of two groups had difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide detection results of patients with heart failure were significantly improved than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide in the prognosis evaluation of heart failure has a significant application effect.
