双T管留置治疗十二指肠乳头旁憩室1例

Double T catheter indwelling in the treatment of juxtapapillary duodenal diverticulum in 1 case

十二指肠憩室的主要临床症状为上腹饱胀、隐痛、多因进食加重、呕吐缓解。确诊主要依靠上消化道钡餐及胃十二指肠镜检查。本文对1例十二指肠乳头旁憩室患者进行分析,探讨漏诊的原因,并给予双T管留置治疗。

The main clinical symptoms of duodenal diverticulum are abdominal distension,dull pain,eating more aggravating,vomiting relief.The diagnosis mainly depends on the upper gastrointestinal barium meal and gastroduodenoscopy.In this article,the author analyzes 1 patient with juxtapapillary duodenal diverticulum to explore the causes of misdiagnosis,and gives double T catheter indwelling treatment.
