Effect of early exercise on limb function recovery in patients with stroke

目的:分析早期锻炼对脑卒中患者肌体功能恢复的影响。方法:收治脑卒中患者64例,随机分为试验组(早期锻炼组)及对照组(常规锻炼组)。对两组患者的功能恢复进行回顾性分析。结果:试验组肢体功能能力与日常生活能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期锻炼对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复尤为必要。

Objective:To analyze the effect of early exercise on limb function recovery in patients with stroke.Methods:64 patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(early exercise group)and the control group(conventional exercise group).We retrospectively analyzed the functional recovery of all patients.Results:The functional ability and the daily living ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early exercise is necessary for the recovery of limb function of patients with stroke.
