半髋关节置换与PFN内固定 治疗不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床对比研究

Clinical comparative study of half hip replacement and PFN internal fixation in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture

目的:探讨半髋关节置换与PFN内固定治疗不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:收治老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者98例,62例采用半髋关节置换术治疗,36例采用PFN内固定治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:与半髋关节置换术相比,PFN内固定治疗术中的出血量、输血量均较少,切口长度较小(P<0.05)。与PFN内固定术相比,半髋关节置换治疗术后卧床时间短(P<0.05)。结论:半髋关节置换与PFN内固定均是治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of half hip replacement and PFN internal fixation in the treatment of unstableintertrochanteric fracture.Methods:98 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture were selected.62 cases were treatedwith half hip replacement surgery.36 cases were treated with PFN internal fixation.We compared the treatment effect of the twogroups.Results:Compared with the half hip replacement,in PFN internal fixation,the amount of blood loss and blood transfusionwere less,and the length of incision was small(P<0.05).Compared with the PFN internal fixation,in half hip replacement,postoperative bed time was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Half hip replacement and PFN internal fixation were all efficientmethods in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.
