不同手术方式治疗青光眼合并白内障的疗效比较

Comparison of the curative effect of different operation methods in the treatment of glaucoma combined with cataract

目的:探讨不同手术方式治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床意义。方法:将90例青光眼合并白内障患者分为单一组和联合组各45例。单一组给予白内障超声乳化摘除术,联合组在单一组的基础上给予小梁切除术,比较两组治疗前后眼压、散光、视力情况,观察术后并发症情况。结果:治疗后,联合组较单一组视力恢复好、角膜散光低(P<0.05);单一组并发症发生率高于联合组(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化吸除术可有效治疗白内障合并青光眼出现的视物模糊等症状,但与小梁切除术联用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of different operation methods in the treatment of glaucoma combinedwith cataract.Methods:90 patients with glaucoma combined with cataract were divided into the single group and the combinedgroup with 45 cases in each.The single group was given phacoemulsification.The combined group was given trabeculectomy on thebasis of the single group.The intraocular pressure,astigmatism and visual acuity were compared between the two groups before andafter treatment.The postoperative complications were observed.Results:After treatment,the visual acuity of the combined groupwas better than that of the single group, and the corneal astigmatism was low(P<0.05).The complication rate of the single groupwas higher than that of the combined group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification can be effective in the treatment of blurredvision and other symptoms of cataract combined with glaucoma,but the effect of trabeculectomy combined is significant.
