硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗早产胎膜早破的临床研究

Clinical research of magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes

目的:探讨硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗早产胎膜早破的临床效果。方法:收治早产胎膜早破患者62例,采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组各31例,对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组给予硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗。结果:观察组总有效率、宫缩抑制时间、孕龄延长时间、治疗时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗早产胎膜早破的临床效果显著,可以缩短治疗时间,并且比较安全。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in thetreatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes.Methods:62 patients with premature rupture of membranes were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 31 cases in each according to the digital random method.The control group was given magnesium sulfate treatment.The observation group was given magnesium sulfate combined withritodrine hydrochloride treatment.Results:The total efficiency,uterine contraction inhibition time,prolonged gestational age,treatment time of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference has statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatmentof preterm premature rupture of membranes is significantly.It can shorten the treatment time,and it is safe relatively.
