微创经皮钢板固定术与交锁髓内钉 治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的疗效观察 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探讨微创经皮钢板固定术(MIPPO)与交锁髓内钉(IMN)治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的效果。方法:收治胫骨远端关节外骨折患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用交锁髓内钉治疗,观察组采用微创经皮钢板固定术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组手术时间和骨折愈合时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率10%,明显低于对照组的36.7%(P<0.05)。结论:微创经皮钢板固定术和交锁髓内钉在治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床疗效都是满意的,但微创经皮钢板固定术的术后并发症发生率低。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation(MIPPO) and interlockingintramedullary nail(IMN) in the treatment of distal tibial fractures outside joint.Methods:120 patients with distal tibial fracturesoutside joint were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each.The control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nails.The observation group was treated with minimally invasivepercutaneous plate fixation.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in theoperation time and fracture healing time between groups(P>0.05).The complication rate of the observation group of 10% wassignificantly lower than 36.7% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effects of minimally invasivepercutaneous plate fixation and interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal tibial fractures outside joint were allsatisfactory,but the incidence of postoperative complications of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation was low.
