合并心血管疾病患者的普外科手术 麻醉中应用瑞芬太尼和舒芬太尼的效果分析

Application of remifentanil and sufentanil anesthesia for patients with cardiovascular disease undergoing general surgical operation

目的:探讨合并心血管疾病患者的普外科手术麻醉中应用瑞芬太尼和舒芬太尼的临床效果。方法:选择采用瑞芬太尼和舒芬太尼手术麻醉合并心血管疾病的患者98例,平分为两组,对照组采用瑞芬太尼麻醉,观察组采用舒芬太尼麻醉,观察对比两组患者的相关手术指标和临床效果。结果:观察组的气管拔管时间明显短于对照组,术后清醒时间明显长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼和舒芬太尼应用于合并心血管疾病患者的手术麻醉均安全、有效,但采用舒芬太尼麻醉更有利于心血管疾病患者的麻醉诱导。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of remifentanil and sufentanil anesthesia for patients with cardiovasculardisease undergoing general surgical operation.Methods:98 patients with cardiovascular disease undergoing surgical operation byremifentanil and sufentanil anesthesia were selected.They were divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group usedremifentanil anesthesia.Patients in the observation group with sufentanil anesthesia.We observed and compared the relevantsurgical indicators and clinical results of patients between the two groups.Results:The tracheal extubation time in the observationgroup was significantly shorter than that in the control group;awake time after operation was significantly longer than that ofcontrol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remifentanil and sufentanil anesthesia inpatients with cardiovascular disease are safe and effective,but the use of sufentanil anesthesia is more advantageous to theinduction of anesthesia in patients with cardiovascular disease.
