髓内肿瘤的外科治疗效果分析

Effect analysis of surgical treatment for intramedullary tumors

目的:探讨髓内肿瘤的外科治疗方法及治疗效果。方法:收治髓内肿瘤患者55例,均给予外科手术治疗,观察效果。结果:对所有患者均给予全部切除处理,对室管膜瘤中的9例患者进行全切除处理,1例患者进行部分切除,其全切除率最高,而星形胶质瘤的全切率最低。其中l例海绵状血管瘤和1例星形胶质瘤由于无法进行切除处理,仅给予活检处理。结论:在进行髓内肿瘤患者外科手术治疗过程中,要全面分析患者的病情特点,提供针对性的手术治疗方案,有利于缓解患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the surgical treatment method and treatment effect of intramedullary tumors.Methods:55 patientswith intramedullary tumor were selected.They were given surgical treatment,and we observed the effect.Results:All patients weretreated with complete resection.In the ependymoma,9 patients were treated with total resection;1 case was treated with partialexcision,and its total resection rate was the highest,however,the total resection rate of astroglioma was the lowest.1 case ofangiocavernoma and 1 case of astroglioma were given biopsy,because the lesions can not be removed.Conclusion:In the course ofsurgical treatment for patients with intramedullary tumors,we should comprehensively analyze the characteristics of the patients'illness,and provide targeted surgical treatment,which was conducive to ease the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve thetreatment effect.
