自拟益气补肾通络汤配合针灸子午流注纳子法 治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效研究

Clinical curative effect research of Yiqi Bushen Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method in treatment of stroke after syndrome

目的:探讨益气补肾通络汤配合针灸对中风后遗症的临床治疗效果。方法:2012年1月-2014年12月收治中风患者160例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各80例。治疗组80例运用益气补肾通络汤配合针灸治疗;对照组80例给予西医常规治疗;观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床总有效率93.75%,高于对照组的58.75%(P<0.05)。结论:运用益气补肾通络汤配合针灸治疗中风后遗症能改善患者的神经功能,使患者的临床症状消除,偏瘫肢体恢复运动,生活能力增强。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Yiqi Bushen Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture Ziwu LiuzhuNazi method in treatment of stroke after syndrome.Methods:160 cases of stroke were selected from January 2012 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 80 cases in each.The treatment group of 80 casesthe use of Yiqi Bushen Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method.80 cases of the control groupwere given routine treatment of Western medicine.The treatment effect of two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rateof the treatment group was 93.75% ,higher than that of the control group of 58.75% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Bushen Tongluodecoction combined with acupuncture treatment on the patients with apoplexy sequel can improve neurological function inpatients,eliminate the clinical symptoms of the patients,hemiplegia recovery movement and life ability enhancement.
