急性心肌梗死并发室性心律失常的急救护理

Emergency nursing of acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular arrhythmia

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死并发室性心率失常的护理。方法:收治急性心肌梗死并发室性心率失常患者60例,采取相应的护理措施,观察患者的治疗效果。结果:通过早期发现和精心护理,患者的抢救成功率明显提高。结论:及时发现和控制心律失常是提高急性心肌梗死生存率的关键;持续心电监护和心理护理是急救成功的重要因素。

Objective:To investigate the nursing care of acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:60 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were selected.They were given thecorresponding nursing measures,and we observed the treatment effect of patients.Results:Through early discovery and carefulnursing,the rescue success rate of the patients was significantly improved.Conclusion:The key to improve the survival rate of acutemyocardial infarction is to find and control the arrhythmia in time;the continuous ECG monitoring and psychological care are theimportant factors for the success of first aid.
