Experience of lidocaine hydrochloride gel for male urethral catheterization

目的:探讨盐酸利多卡因凝胶用于男性导尿的效果。方法:试验组给予盐酸利多卡因凝胶挤于尿道后再行导尿。对照组给予常规石蜡油后导尿。结果:试验组1次插管成功率高,尿道黏膜损伤小,患者无明显疼痛。结论:将盐酸利多卡因凝胶挤于尿道口用于男性导尿效果好。

Objective:To explore the effect of lidocaine hydrochloride gel for male urethral catheterization.Methods:Theexperimental group was given lidocaine hydrochloride gel to squeeze in the urethral and then given urethral catheterization.Thecontrol group was given conventional paraffin oil and then given catheter catheterization.Results:The success rate of one timeintubation in the experimental group was high;the urethral mucosa injury was small;the patients had no obvious pain.Conclusion:The lidocaine hydrochloride gel to squeeze in the urethral for male urethral catheterization has good effect.
