已婚育龄妇女人工(药物)流引产351例原因分析

Analysis of causes of induced abortion(drug) among married women of childbearing age in 351 cases

目的:探讨已婚育龄妇女人工流产的原因。方法:收治流产妇女351例,调查临床资料。结果:161例流引产主要由于没有落实安全、适宜、有效的避孕节育措施;89%的流产是应对非意愿妊娠的。结论:流产对育龄妇女有不同程度的身心伤害,应提高避孕有效性,降低避孕失败率和流产率,保护妇女的身心健康。

Objective:To investigate the causes of induced abortion among married women of childbearing age.Methods:351abortion women were selected.The clinical data was investigated.Results:161 cases of abortion mainly because of the lack of safety,appropriate and effective contraceptive measures,89% of abortion was not willing to pregnancy.Conclusion:Abortion in women ofchildbearing age have different degrees of physical and psychological harm.The effectiveness of contraception should be improved,and the failure rate of contraception and abortion rate should be reduced,to protect the physical and mental health of women.
