摘要
目的:探索南安市恶性肿瘤发病率区域性分布和空气污染的关系,为恶性肿瘤的病因学研究提供科学依据。方法:对不同区域乡镇空气中的二氧化硫(SO_2)、二氧化氮(NO_2)和PM 10的浓度进行测定,统计不同区域乡镇恶性肿瘤的发病率,并进行相关性研究。结果:沿海乡镇空气污染严重,恶性肿瘤发病率明显较高;处于高山的乡镇没有环境污染,恶性肿瘤发病率明显低于前者;两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空气污染可能是导致恶性肿瘤,尤其是肺癌发病率升高的重要因素之一。
Objective:To explore the relationship between regional distribution of malignant tumor incidence and air pollution inNanan City,and to provide scientific evidence for the etiology of malignant tumors.Methods:The concentration of sulfurdioxide(SO2),nitrogen dioxide(NO2)and PM 10 were determined in the air of different areas of township,and we did a survey on theincidence of malignant tumors in different regions of the township and made correlation study.Results:Coastal Township airpollution is serious;the incidence of malignant tumor is significantly higher;in the mountains of the township has no environmentalpollution;the incidence of malignant tumors was significantly lower than the former.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Air pollution may be one of the important factors that lead to the high incidence of malignant tumor,especiallylung cancer.
