摘要
针对传统AHP-FCE评估法确定指标隶属函数困难的情况,提出改进AHP-FCE算法,在综合考虑专家评估团队成员知识结构、研究领域、工作岗位等因素对评估结果影响的基础上,利用专家权重因子对模糊关系矩阵进行修正,提高模糊关系矩阵构建的合理性和实用性。分析导弹旅作战任务和作战指挥活动特点,构建导弹旅作战指挥效能评估指标体系,并运用改进AHP-FCE法实施综合评估,验证了方法的有效性。同时,针对评估结果分析重要参数的相互关系,提出参数设置建议。
According to the difficulty of traditional AHP -FCE evaluation method in determingsubordinate function,an improved AHP-FCE is put forward which considering the influence of expert’sknowledges structure,field study and other factors. The reasonability of constructing fuzzy relationmatrix is greatly improved by adjusting the matrix with weighing factors. The evaluation index systemfor missile brigade commanding effectiveness is established,and through a simulation,the reasonabilityand effectiveness of the new method is improved. Simultaneously,with the analysis of relationshipbetween key parameters,suggestions of setting parameters are proposed.
