慢性萎缩性胃炎患者消化内科临床治疗体会

Clinical treatment experience for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in department of gastroenterology

目的:探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎患者消化内科治疗方法及效果。方法:收治慢性萎缩性胃炎患者278例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予三联疗法治疗,观察组给予三联疗法加麦滋林治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组幽门螺杆菌根除率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间较对照组显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三联疗法联合麦滋林治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the treatment methods and effect in department of gastroenterology for patients with chronicatrophic gastritis.Methods:278 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into the control group and theobservation group randomly.The control group was given triple therapy.The observation group was given triple therapy combinedwith marzulene.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The helicobacter pylori elimination rate of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization timeof the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triple therapy combined withmarzulene in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis had significant curative effect.
