累及内踝后丘及后踝的踝关节骨折行斜T型钢板固定术的效果

The effect of oblique type T plate fixation in the treatment of patients with ankle fractures involving the medial malleolus after mound and posterior malleolar

目的：观察对累及内踝后丘及后踝的踝关节骨折患者实施斜T型钢板固定术的临床效果。方法：收治累及内踝后丘及后踝的踝关节骨折患者68例，均实施斜T型钢板固定术治疗，观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果：经过治疗后对患者实施3～15个月随访，患者的临床治疗优良率95.59%。结论：斜T型钢板固定术治疗累及内踝后丘及后踝的踝关节骨折能够取得良好的临床效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oblique type T plate fixation in the treatment of patients with anklefractures involving the medial malleolus after mound and posterior malleolar.Methods:68 patients with ankle fractures involvingthe medial malleolus after mound and posterior malleolar were selected.All patients were treated with oblique type T plate fixation.We observed the clinical therapeutic effect of the patients.Results:After treatment,the patients were followed up for 3 to 15 months,and the excellent and good rate was 95.59%.Conclusion:The oblique type T plate fixation in the treatment of patients with anklefractures involving the medial malleolus after mound and posterior malleolar can get good effect.
