子宫肌瘤行子宫切除术中椎管内两种麻醉方法的效果比较

Comparison of the effect of two anesthesia methods in intraspinal anesthesia for patients with uterine fibroids undergoing hysterectomy

目的：探讨子宫肌瘤行子宫切除术中椎管内两种麻醉方法的效果比较分析。方法：收治子宫肌瘤行子宫切除术患者70例，分别采用一点腰-硬联合麻醉(CSEA组)和一点硬膜外麻醉(EA组)两种麻醉方法进行手术，对比分析两组患者的临床数据。结果：通过视觉效果模拟评分(VAS)可以看出，CSEA组＜3分32例，3～5分3例，＞5分0例；EA组＜3分25例，3～5分7例，＞5分3例，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：一点腰-硬联合麻醉效果更佳。

Objective:To analyze the comparison of the effect of two anesthesia methods in intraspinal anesthesia for patients withuterine fibroids undergoing hysterectomy.Methods:70 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing hysterectomy were selected.Allpatients were adopted combined spinal epidural anesthesia(the CSEA group)and external anesthesia(the EA group)these two kindsof anesthesia for surgery.The clinical data of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Through the visual analoguescale(VAS),it can be seen that in the CSEA group,less than 3 points in 32 cases,3 to 5 points in 3 cases and more than 5 points in0 case,while in the EA group,less than 3 points in 25 cases,3 to 5 points in 7 cases and more than 5 points in 3 cases,thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia effect of the combined spinal epidural anesthesia isbetter.
