直丝弓联合固定平面导板在治疗深复合中的临床应用

Clinical application of straight wire combined with fixed flat bite-plate in the treatment of the deep composite

目的:探讨直丝弓联合固定平面导板治疗深复合中的临床应用。方法:收治安式Ⅱ类2分类深复合Ⅱ度以上且必须为均角或底角患者35例,使用直丝弓联合固定平面导板对患者进行治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:直丝弓联合固定平面导板打开咬合平均用时5个月左右,全部患者治疗结束平均用时18个月,治疗后磨牙关系均为Ⅰ类,前牙咬合呈现正常覆合覆盖关系。讨论:直丝弓联合固定平面导板在治疗深复合时制作方法简便实用易被患者接受,且大大缩短了治疗时间,治疗效果明显。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of straight wire combined with fixed flat bite-plate in the treatment ofthe deep composite.Methods:35 patients admitted to class Ⅱ division 2 more than degree Ⅱ of deep composite and must be angleor the bottom corner were selected.All patients were treated by straight wire combined with fixed flat bite-plate.We analyzed thetherapeutic effect.Results:It cost an average of 5 months for open bite by straight wire combined with fixed flat bite-plate.Allpatients were treated with an average of 18 months for the end of treatment.After treatment,the relationship between the molarwere all class I,and the occlusion of anterior teeth with normal occlusion.Conclusion:The preparation method of straight wirecombined with fixed flat bite-plate in the treatment of the deep composite is simple and practical.It is easy to be accepted bypatients,and greatly shortens the treatment time.The therapeutic effect is obvious.
