参芪舒心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Shenqi Shuxin capsule combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:探讨参芪舒心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:收治冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组给予常规的西医治疗,治疗组给予参芪舒心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组用药前后心绞痛发作频率、ST-T持续时间改变、心功能(NYHA分级)变化。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:参芪舒心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者临床疗效显著,安全性好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Shenqi Shuxin capsule combined with trimetazidine in thetreatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:100 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart diseasewere divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly.The control group was given conventional western medicinetreatment.The treatment group was given Shenqi Shuxin capsule combined with trimetazidine treatment.The frequency of anginaattacks,changes of ST-T duration and changes of cardiac function (NYHA) of the two groups before and after treatment werecompared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Shenqi Shuxin capsule combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease hadremarkable clinical curative effect and good safety.
