摘要
目的:探讨自拟胸痹汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效。方法:将118例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组58例和治疗组60例。两组患者均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加自拟胸痹汤,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,治疗组的心绞痛及心电图改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟胸痹汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效满意。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of self-made Xiong Bi decoction in the treatment of unstable anginapectoris.Methods:118 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into the control group of 58 cases and thetreatment group of 60 cases.Two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment groupadded self-made Xiong Bi decoction on the basis of this.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the improvement of angina pectoris and ECG in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of self-made Xiong Bi decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris wassatisfactory.
