超声诊断异位妊娠56例及其临床应用价值

Ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in 56 cases and its clinical application value

目的:探讨经腹超声(TAS)诊断异位妊娠的准确性。方法:与手术和病理检查结果对照,分析56例异位妊娠超声检查结果。结果:56例异位妊娠中有输卵管妊娠31例,宫颈妊娠2例,腹腔妊娠1例,卵巢妊娠1例,右侧宫角妊娠1例,陈旧性宫外孕10例。结论:超声诊断异位妊娠具有很高的准确率,有极其重要的临床应用价值,并对异位妊娠患者选择治疗方案有很重要的参考价值。

Objective:To explore the accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Compared with the results of operation and pathological examination,the results of ultrasonic examination in 56 cases of ectopicpregnancy were analyzed.Results:In 56 cases of ectopic pregnancy,there were 31 cases of tubal pregnancy,2 cases of cervicalpregnancy,1 case of abdominal pregnancy,1 case of ovarian pregnancy,1 case of right uterine horn pregnancy and 10 cases of oldectopic pregnancy.Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has a high accuracy.It has a extremely important clinicalapplication value,and it has a very important reference value on the choice of treatment schedule for patients with ectopicpregnancy.
